What is XF Rendering Server
XF Rendering Server is a software component able to create PDF, HTML, TEXT, TIFF, PNG, GIF, JPEG from XSL-FO (an XML language similar to HTML), WordML and SVG. The server can place the generated output into a file, a memory stream, or directly into a Web Server's response stream.


How can you use-it
The engine can be invoked using COM+, .NET and JAVA APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
You can find the programming documentation under C:\Program Files\Ecrion\XF Rendering Server 2008\Documentation.
Sample code is located under C:\Program Files\Ecrion\XF Rendering Server 2008\Code Samples.

- The first 64 bit XSL-FO processor is now available! Very complex documents that must be loaded entirely in memory can now be processed without the hardware limitations of 32 bit platforms.
- A new .NET class library replaces the old one. The functionality is now exposed via two main classes: XFEngine and XFDocument. Old functionality is supported, but there will be obsolete warnings.
- Implemented language attribute for language specific text transformations (like capitalization)

- Break before even/odd page didn’t worked well if the previous block had a break-after
