How can I fix this?</font></div><div><font size="2"><br></font></div><div><font size="2"><span style="line-height: 22.22222328186035px; "><b>Answer: &nbsp;</b>The error you are receiving shows that your process can’t connect with the rendering service and there are t</span>here are several reasons why this cannot be accomplished:</font></div><div><font size="2"><br></font></div><div><font size="2">1) The server is not started. Make sure that the "XF Ultrascale" Windows Service is is started&nbsp;<span style="line-height: 22.22222328186035px; ">(you can manually restart the server service directly from management console or from Control Panel\System and Security\Administrative Tools\Services.)</span></font></div><div><span style="line-height: 22.22222328186035px; "><font size="2"><br></font></span></div><div><font size="2">2) The server is started but incoming connections on port 1099 are blocked by a firewall. To fix this, open port 1099 in the firewall.&nbsp;</font></div><div><font size="2"><br></font></div><div><font size="2">3) The server is started, but port 1099 is already being used by another program. To fix this, open the Management Console and change the Port from Server Manager\Configuration\XF Rendering Server\Engine Settings\Listener Configuration to a different value (for example 30000). Restart the "XF Ultrascale" Windows Service. In your client application you now have to use the new port value, and you can use RequestParameters.ServerPort to specify a new value.</font></div><div><font size="2"><br></font></div><div><font size="2">4) &nbsp;<span style="line-height: 22.22222328186035px; ">Another possibility implies setting incorrect ip address and port number. In Management Console – Configuration – XF Rendering Server – Engine Settings – Dispatcher Configuration you can set the ip address and port number.
