Alternate text not set

   If I add an image to a document it is possible to add an 'File url:' and a "Alternate text".

When I export my document to HTML. The <img> tag is set like:

<img alt="Image not found." ....../>

Whatever I try my "alt" attribute get's the value "Image not found".

Is this a bug or is there another solution to get this alt tag filled with a custom value.
