Hi there,
I'm getting the following error when specifying PreloadDocument converting a wordML file to PDF: 2420/5404-12:59:11 - ERR :****** FATAL ERROR - Unhandled exception c0000005 occured in 'D:\Program Files\Ecrion\XF Enterprise 2010\Bin\Ecrion.XSLFO.dll' ****** Stack Trace ------------- d258c4 XSLFO::XFExtSecurity::XFExtSecurityTypeInfo::initTypeInfo Ecrion.XSLFO.dll Without the PreloadDocument parameter the conversion works, but tables and page breaks do not function as expected. Some background: we need to produce PDFs from wordML files. We produce wordML by applying an xslt against a word template saved as a wordML, subsituting values from an xml file. So far PDFs have been generated by opening the document in word and 'printing to' a pdf file. This has not scaled well :P and I'm hoping I can use XF rendering to get us out of a pickle by skipping the whole word debacle entirely. Looking at the advice here: http://www.ecrion.com/Forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=13 - I thought that PreloadDocument would help in getting the page layuout correct. If I can't get PreloadDocument to work, is there some way I can modify the wordML templates so that it made the headers and footers available in advance? Thanks in advance for any help. Hello,
The PreloadDocument flag is useless with WordML because both DOCX and WordML are preloaded before rendering. Please send your template to support and we'll let you know if you're using any unsupported elements. Regards, Gabi |
