The Insert External Function dialog allows inserting method calls from the available list of libraries.

 

 

The Library drop-down allows selecting the assembly containing the desired external function.

The Members section shows a listing of the available external function together with their input and output parameters.

 

Click OK and the element will be added in Design View, looking like this.
