Pagination

The window contains a Page Layout and a Page Set which apply by default to all the pages.

A Page Layout is a layout for one type of page which applies on sequences.

A Page Set is a group of one or more pages that succeed each-other in the order you display in the box window. To bring modifications to the pagination features, right click on the page set and select Properties. If you want to add a new page set right click on Pages and select Add Page Set.

In the Edit Page Set dialog choose Remove when you want to delete a master. To specify the terms of occurrence applicable to a master, go to Add. Here you can set a page layout to appear One Time Only or Multiple Times, as well as specify a Condition for Page, one of the following: All Other Pages (Rest), First Page Only, Last Page Only, Odd Pages, Even Pages, Blank Pages and Non Blank Pages. You must also select the Page Layout you want from the Available Page Layouts list.

To reorder the page layouts in the box window, use Move Up and Move Down. Click on Add and choose a page layout from the Available Page Layouts list to add a sequence.
