Floating Regions

A Floating Region is an element that can be moved to absolute coordinates.

To insert a floating region:  click the Floating Region button in the Text group under the Insert tab.

You can have an element displayed in the background (like a watermark) or in the foreground (like a stamp). These positions are interchangeable: by a right click in the content of the floating region, you can Bring to Front or Send to Back its elements.

 

Use the other available commands, displayed as follows: Undo, Redo, Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete.

 

You can also customize the content of your floating region by assigning it various Properties referring to Alignment & Indentation, Background, Borders, Font, Keeps & Breaks, Margins, Miscellaneous, Padding, Positioning or Signature.
