The Forms tab should be used for inserting different controls or themes into the document the user is editing.

 

 

This tab contains the following groups:

 

 

This group provides controls for creating forms. The available controls are: button, editbox, checkbox, radio button and submit button.

 

 

 

This group alows you to assign themes to the form controls.
