ReferenceResolverType sets the type of resolver thread.

 

Flags

 

Parallel

Use another thread to resolve references.

Serial

Resolve references in the same thread as the rendering process.

Disabled

Reference resolving is disabled.

 

Default value: Parallel.

Note: If this parameter is Disabled, fo-page-number and fo:page-number-citation will display ###, instead of the page number / page count.
