Question: Is it possible to select multiple cells in a table to apply formatting to?
Answer: Yes, users can select consecutive cells to apply formatting options in the Contextual Table Tabs in the Ribbon. 1. Select the first cell of desired range. 2. Hold the shift key 3. Select the last cell of desired range. 4. Use the Table Contextual tabs in the Ribbon to apply formatting of your choice. In the example below, we've selected a range of cells using the above steps and centered the text for these cells. ![]() |
