Encoding change not working properly

   Hi,
I noticed that, from XF Designer 6.x till latest one 7.0.0 default encoding for design and generated stylesheet is UTF-8. I need UTF-16, so I tried change encoding using Encoding... feature located in menu under the Save As command. Unfortunatelly it only changes encoding string in stylesheet header, but saved stylesheet is still UTF-8 encoded. File saved in this way is not valid. Please correct encoding change routines.
