Cannot convert to PDF/A

Hi,

I am calling the Rendering Service via WS and when I try to get back a PDF-A document I get this exception:

Server was unable to process request. ---> Server exception occurred: Cannot convert to PDF/A. Unknown error has occurred.

Is there a way to get a more detailed error message?

I can generate standard PDF files just fine. But not PDF-A.
