XF Rendering Server is able to transform XML data into AFP™ output for viewing, archiving, further transformation, or printing.
Advanced Function Presentation™ (AFP™) is an IBM architecture and family of associated printer software and hardware. It provides an end-to-end presentation solution that supports centralized resource management, high print volume and speeds.

Along with the AFP™ capabilities, the passage from Word 2003 to Word 2007 brings new features and benefits. XF Rendering Server 2007 is now able to generate the newly docx files (extension .docx). The docx file extension is the extension associated with the xml based format called Office Open XML used by default by Microsoft Word 2007 which is a part of Office 2007. In the future the docx extension will replace the doc extension for all Word documents.
This new version is available for download now.
