1. Average performance based on different usage scenarios. Performance experienced by other users may be different and is influenced by many variables including document complexity, the hardware/software used, current system load, and other factors.
2. EPS/PostScript - Requires a PostScript interpreter such as Ghostscript to be installed on the same computer as XF Rendering Server.
3. Word formats supported as input are WordML (Word 2003 and later) and DOCX (Word 2005 and later).
4. Raster output formats such as TIFF, JPEG, PNG, GIF, and BMP are supported on Windows only.
5. Word formats supported as output are WordML (Word 2003 and later) and DOCX (Word 2005 and later).
6. PowerPoint PPTX format.
7. NetLink – load balancing add-on enables multiple servers in a farm to share the load while providing failover capabilities.
8. DAL (Digital Assembly Line) is an add-on that enables the production of output from multiple inputs while applying consistent headers and footers, barcodes, etc. A print job created from multiple statements is an example.
9. AOUT (Advanced Outputs) adds support for advanced output formats such as AFP (IBM MO:DCA print streams) and DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine).
10. Basic forms support provided by XF Professional and XF Ultimate. End-users can fill out the forms and print or save on their local computer. In addition, EOS also provides interactive forms support. When interactive forms are used, end-users can also submit the forms to EOS, which will save form data as XML, and further processing can occur.
