EOS is organized around publications; statements, invoices, catalogs, newsletters are all examples of publications. Each publication contains everything that is needed to generate the multiple outputs from the same data.

Simplified multi-channel personalized document communications
Although is very simple to use, EOS provides no less than 17 distinct output formats (more if you consider variants), including PDF (which can be PDF/A or Section 508 compliant), Postscript, AFP, XPS, TIFF, HTML, Silverlight, Word, PowerPoint and more.
This allows your organization to deliver content across platforms (PC, Smartphone, IPad, etc) and across mediums (email, print, web, fax, etc.).
All output formats can be produced in a single step from the same input; you don’t have to change your data or the publication’s layout in order to generate a new output format.
At the same time, you will be able to benefit from format specific features, for example PDF output can be encrypted, Word output can be locked for editing, and more.
