Review & Approve Customer Communications

When producing customer-facing documents, it’s important that each stakeholder in the process be allowed to approve the outbound communication, or the process itself, before it reaches the customer. We call this process Review & Approve. It’s a good idea to divide workload into different role-based environments, but it’s critical to ensure the work is ready to move from environment to environment, or business to customer, without any errors. You might have an internal process to do this today, or perhaps you have one final approver, someone who sees every message and gives it the OK before send. We’d like to make that process easier for you, which is why the newest version of EOS has built-in Review & Approve functionality.
EOS now supports Review & Approve in three ways that work dynamically, in unison, to produce communications that are accurate, compliant, and engaging.
1) Approve Customer-Facing Communications
Route finished output directly to manager upon completion. A manager from any background, technical or not, can review the work, give feedback, and decide when the communication is ready to deliver.
2) Production Cycle
In any phase of DTAP, managers can review and approve the work that happens in a specific environment before it moves on to the next. This is important to ensuring that every detail is accounted for at the very foundation of the document.
3) High-Level Oversight
Quickly evaluate individual assets in documents in the production cycle. Trans-promotional ad placement, graphics placement, colors, and charts can now be overseen individually. The idea is to provide Review & Approval within a specific DTAP environment. One governs the quality and progression of project development through production, and the other governs dynamic aspects of those projects within the environment.
