Ecrion Software, a leader in the development and implementation of smart, modern customer communications management software, is pleased to announce a new partnership agreement with TriPartum, a CCM solutions provider based in the United Kingdom. TriPartum joins a growing list of solutions providers that have partnered with Ecrion, that now covers more than 30 countries globally.
This agreement builds on a relationship that dates back 10 years to expand TriPartum’s managed services practice, as well as introduce new sales and marketing workstreams in an effort to jointly acquire new customers.
At Ecrion, we are actively building a strong ecosystem of systems integrators, solution providers, and technology partners to expand into new geographies, verticals, and customer segments. Cognity, our first Strategic Partner at Ecrion, has made tremendous strides in a short period of time, winning new business in insurance with Groupama and telecom (Telekom Romania and COSMOTE, T-Mobile affiliates in Romania and Greece, respectively).

Ecrion, in association with Cognity, is pleased to announce the successful implementation of a major printing management project for Groupama Asfalistiki, an insurance company in Greece. Groupama insures more than six million customers across 11 countries worldwide. With this project, Groupama has achieved its goals for cost reduction, comprehensive process automation, and increased flexibility in designing and printing personalized documents for its customers.
Working with Groupama to meet its advanced and specific needs, Cognity chose Ecrion’s software, the best-of-breed, next generation customer communications and engagement solution. Using Ecrion, the first phase of the project created the core infrastructure and new processes for printing and customer communications management (CCM) and brought results from the first day of operation.
