Ecrion offers multiple outlets to help organizations handle document production in any manner that makes the most sense for the given situation. From individual components to complete solutions, Ecrion provides the flexibility to ensure you get the features and capabilities that suit your specific requirements in the most efficient and effective manner.

XF Rendering Server

XF Rendering Server is ideal for organizations that require high-volume, high performance document production and are looking to integrate Ecrion XML rendering technology into existing applications. This is a common need for organizations that have a strong in-house development team and want to supplement functionality with Ecrion technology. XF Rendering Server is also viable for organizations that have straightforward document generation needs.

Ecrion Omni System (EOS)

EOS is perfectly suited for organizations that are either looking for complete end-to-end document production functionality (data integration, document design, rendering, distribution, management) or have highly complex document generation requirements. EOS accommodates technical and non-technical users alike and offers advanced features such as integrated BI capabilities, interactive documents functionality, and user-friendly operational modules.

UI /modules

EOS provides an easy to use, web-based user interface. The functionality is grouped in several modules that allow both business users and developers to work with projects, edit templates, perform administrative tasks, and more.

Simple, straightforward XML to PDF

In many real-life cases, document production involves multiple steps such as: gathering data, generating both electronic documents and merged print files, distributing output via email, SMS, fax, or printing directly to a printer, archiving, and more. EOS is used to support even the most complex document production workflows.

Triggers allow EOS to monitor multiple event sources and take actions when a certain event or condition occurs. Adding files to a folder, adding records to a database table, and monitoring Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ) are all examples of event sources that can be monitored in EOS.

Document production can be scheduled to occur hourly, daily, monthly, or yearly.

The system provides comprehensive built-in capabilities to send the output via email, fax, SMS, and direct printing. For example, emails can be generated dynamically in both text or HTML format and can contain one or more PDF attachments that are also generated dynamically.

Data can be supplied as XML. Optionally, use Data Aggregation Server to connect to databases, web services, and more.

Data can be both supplied or retrieved automatically, in any format, including XML, databases, CSV, and more. In addition, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics can be used as data sources.

Produce over 20 output formats including PDF, Postscript, and HTML from the same input.

All output formats are supported by XF, plus the ability to generate print files for high-volume printing in AFP and Postscript formats. Resources (fonts and images) and reusable content are embedded only once. In addition, EOS has the ability to generate intelligent, interactive HTML5documents.

Performance 1.

Up to 30 pages/second

EOS can handle up to 100 million pages per day on a single server, making it the top choice for mission critical environments.

Integration API

1. Average performance based on different usage scenarios. Performance experienced by other users may be different and is influenced by many variables including document complexity, the hardware/software used, current system load and other factors.
