Ecrion Announces Enhancements to Professional Services

In an effort to continue to provide a superior customer experience, Ecrion is happy to announce Enhancements to our Professional Services. We’ve listened to our customers’ wants and needs and are pleased to offer our new, best-in-class Professional Services Offerings.

While we will implement a rate change in October, we’ve ramped up our capabilities to include template design, infrastructure and software health checks, and peace of mind check-ups.

Rate Change Takes Effect Oct. 1

We understand that no one likes to talk about rate changes. Unfortunately, it’s something businesses need to do for a variety of reasons, such as making sure we are able to provide amazing professional services. That’s why, starting Oct. 1, we will be changing our rates for the first time in 16 years.

Ecrion is also pleased to introduce Professional Service Credits for our customers. Now, instead of paying for hours of service, customers can purchase professional services credits, good for 18 months.

Once it’s determined what services your company needs, our team will work with you to calculate the number of credits you’ll need in order to complete those services. Professional Service Credits are sold in buckets, which allows for volume-based discounts. And, if you purchase these credits before the rate increase on Oct. 1, you’ll save significantly more.

  • Since credits are good for 18 months, having a few extra can benefit you for those unforeseen challenges where Ecrion can help you achieve your goals faster.
  • By using credits, we provide customers with more flexibility to allow them the ability to use the credits for the services that provide the most value to them.

Ecrion On-Going Template Design

Regardless of industry, there are times when templates need to be changed, updated, or even created. Ecrion now provides a subscription-based service for on-going template design that is perfectly suited for customers that have this need.  This service will enable you to free up internal resources to focus on more pressing projects.

Ecrion HealthCheck

While we have a diverse group of customers, they all have one thing in common – they have made an investment in an Ecrion solution and need to make sure it is operating at peak performance and providing the most value possible.

As our customer, your company has an option to bring in a certified Ecrion consultant once, or on a recurring basis, to look over the configurations (both technical and functional) of your Ecrion solution to ensure it is in line with your current and future business objectives.

Our team will then document their findings and provide you with written recommendations to help optimize your communications solution.
