While in Greece, I also had the opportunity to visit with customers and prospects. I know it sounds cliché, but there really is no better way to gauge enthusiasm for your product and your relationship than in-person meetings.

Great Strides with Cognity
At Ecrion, we are actively building a strong ecosystem of systems integrators, solution providers, and technology partners to expand into new geographies, verticals, and customer segments. Cognity, our first Strategic Partner at Ecrion, has made tremendous strides in a short period of time, winning new business in insurance with Groupama and telecom (Telekom Romania and COSMOTE, T-Mobile affiliates in Romania and Greece, respectively).
As a trusted advisor to these clients, Cognity’s team has an understanding of the business priorities and a deep bench of technical expertise that allows them to consistently deliver projects on-time and on-budget. The Ecrion implementations for Groupama and Telekom Romania were completed in less than eight weeks from kickoff to production.
The momentum at Cognity’s Ecrion practice is accelerating, having grown to 10 people, allowing them to expand beyond Greece and into other parts of southern Europe.
Combining Experience with Meninx
In addition, I spent time with Meninx, which teamed up with Ecrion in early 2018. Meninx is a solution provider with decades of experience in the customer communication and document management space. Thanks to its continued success, Meninx has a well-established client base that includes many Swiss state agencies, as well as a commercial base of customers in the public sector.
From a business perspective, Meninx chose to team up with Ecrion because it sees the value our platform brings to customers, and it wants to sell beyond Switzerland into France and Germany. On the technical side, Ecrion’s ease of use for composition, REST APIs for integration, and flexibility open up a broad set of use-cases for the company to offer customers.
Finding Success Together with An Ecrion Solution
Both customer and partner feedback were overwhelmingly positive about our products and solutions. Ecrion’s partners represent one of our most promising growth strategies, particularly internationally. There is a hunger in the market for a platform that can be deployed quickly on-premise or in the cloud, and that can be integrated with other technology to deliver a vertical solution. I can’t wait for my next trip.
